PVCC to host third annual Reciprocity music event
The Radiography (RAD) Club at Piedmont Virginia Community College will host the third Annual “Reciprocity: A Radioactive Music Event” on Saturday, October 13, 2018, from 6 to 8 p.m. on the Main Stage at the V. Earl Dickinson Building at PVCC. Reciprocity will include bands featuring PVCC faculty members, performances by other local and regional musicians, and a lip sync battle between the College’s radiography and nursing departments.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the PVCC Radiography Club, which is open to second year radiography students. The club exists to promote the Radiography Program as well as to organize fundraising activities to help offset the cost of student participation in the annual state radiologic conference. More information can be found at www.pvcc.edu/student-life/clubs/radiography-club/reciprocity.
Tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for seniors and students, and they are available at the Cashier’s Office in PVCC’s Main Building, Room M245. Tickets will also be available at the door starting at 5 p.m. on the day of the event. Radiography students are currently collecting donations for the silent auction and raffle to be held during the event and are selling ad spaces in the event program.
